OUR STORY

In 2023, EPIC Multifamily Construction grew out of EPIC HTX (which grew from EPIC AC in 2013). While our scope has expanded from AC and mechanical work to general contracting--our mission to quality customer service remains the same.

EPIC now operates as a full general contractor and can help in many areas. We are skilled in maintenance and repairs of multi-family properties focused on roof repairs and replacement, paint jobs, concrete work, driveways and parking lots, etc. We also can help with due diligence walks and city inspections.

As EPIC has grown, we are being asked to service our customers in other locations around the state and even in a few different states. We have created a network of partners and sub-contractors that will allow us to continue that growth to suit your needs.

DAVID VASQUEZ
Founder & CEO

David began his career at FMC Technologies, working at Hobby Airport repairing chill water systems. From there, he entered the apartment industry, repairing and replacing air conditioners and working on chill water systems and boilers. David has led maintenance teams at over 25 apartment communities, personally training and mentoring air conditioning technicians, and founded epicAC, a sister business in the greater Houston area.

In 2010, David realized he was spending more and more time walking properties with their owners and brainstorming about ways to innovate and create beauty. David says he loves finding the beauty and potential in everything he sees and welcomes the challenge of finding the potential to create beauty where others see tired facades. He created epicHTX which officially became Epic Multifamily Construction in 2023.
