Application Process

Submitting an Application: Candidates can apply for open positions by submitting required documents using this website or directly email them to destiny@epicmfc.com.

 

The application should include:

  • A current resume or CV

  • Relevant certifications or licenses (if applicable)

  • Any other documents requested in the job posting (e.g., portfolio, references, etc.)

  • Review of Applications: Once an application is received, the Human Resources (HR) Department or hiring manager will review all submitted materials to determine if the candidate meets the minimum qualifications for the role.

Screening Process

  • Initial Screening: Qualified candidates will undergo an initial screening process, which may include a phone interview or email exchange to discuss their qualifications, experience, and interest in the position.

  • In-Person or Virtual Interviews: Candidates who pass the initial screening will be invited for an in-person or virtual interview with the appropriate management personnel or relevant team members. The interview may include:

    • Questions about the candidate's experience, skills, and suitability for the role

    • Behavioral questions to assess the candidate's ability to handle job-specific scenarios

    • Discussion about the candidate's interest in EPIC MFC and the construction industry

  • Skills Assessment: For certain positions (e.g., skilled laborers, equipment operators), candidates may be asked to complete a skills assessment or technical test to evaluate their abilities on the job.

Background Checks and Drug Testing

Once a candidate is selected for hire, EPIC MFC will conduct a background check, which may include:

  • Verification of employment history

  • Criminal background check (where permissible by law)

  • Driving record

  • Verification of education and certifications

  • Reference checks from previous employers or professional contacts
